Here's what I do with the data you send me, with no fine print.

Who is responsible

What data and what for

• Contact form: name, business, town, current website, phone or email and your message. Used to reply and, if you want, to prepare your website mock-up.
• Onboarding form, if you're a client: business details, legal details and details of your current website. Used to build the website, the legal pages, the website switch and invoices.
• WhatsApp or email: whatever you write, to reply.

Legal basis

For the contact form, because you ask me before signing up for anything. For the onboarding form and invoices, because it's needed to do the work you've hired me for and to meet tax obligations.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete contact data within 12 months at most. If we do, I keep it for as long as we work together and then for as long as the law requires for invoices.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website, and Web3Forms, the service that receives the forms and emails them to me. Cloudflare is a US company certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which allows this transfer. Web3Forms may also process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards described in its privacy policy. If you write to me on WhatsApp, Meta handles the message under its own policy. I don't share or sell your data to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict, object to or take away your data by writing to hola@portalada.cat. I'll reply within a month. If you think I'm not handling it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
